We read the same 10 bottles at Douglas, Flaconi, Marionnaud, Nocibé, Notino and Sephora in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands on 2 November 2026, with each shop's standard delivery added. Across 124 delivered prices, Germany was the cheapest country for 7 of the 10 bottles and the Netherlands a median 51.7% dearer; for a single bottle the median gap between the lowest-priced and the dearest country is 51.3%. The largest gap is Prada Paradoxe 90 ml: €99.94 delivered at Douglas in Spain against €176.55 at Notino in the Netherlands, 76.7% more. The full tables are below, and every country result reflects only the sites we read in that country.

Germany is the baseline at 0%: it was the lowest-priced country for 7 of the 10 bottles, and Spain was the lowest for the other 3. Spain follows at +11.9%, Italy at +25.0%, France at +44.3% and the Netherlands at +51.7%. The Dutch figure covers 9 perfumes, not 10, because Notino Netherlands showed Miss Dior out of stock with no price.

Read these gaps as results for the sites we checked, not as a verdict on a whole country. We read three sites in Germany and three in Spain, four in France, two in Italy and only one, Notino, in the Netherlands. A country with more sites read has more chances of a low price, and the Netherlands had a single chance. Douglas Italy and Douglas Netherlands refused automated access on every route we tried, so they are not in the data. France is the telling case: with four sites read, its lowest prices still sit well above Germany's and Spain's.

Prada Paradoxe 90 ml has the largest gap, 76.7%, followed by Carolina Herrera Good Girl 80 ml at 66.5% (€82.48 at Flaconi in Germany against €137.35 at Notino in the Netherlands) and Valentino Donna Born in Roma 100 ml at 58.6% (€93.92 at Douglas in Spain against €148.99 at Notino in France). The smallest gap is Lancôme La Vie est Belle 100 ml at 34.8%, from €75.60 at Flaconi in Germany to €101.89 at Notino in France. Dior Miss Dior 100 ml has the second smallest, 46.3%, yet it is also the dearest bottle in the set: €118.95 at its lowest, in Germany. Flaconi in Germany is the lowest-priced source for 7 of the 10 bottles, and Douglas in Spain for the other 3: Prada Paradoxe, Valentino Donna Born in Roma and Yves Saint Laurent Libre.

Standard fees are small, from €3.90 at Flaconi and Notino in Germany to €5.99 at Sephora in Spain, and 79.0% of the prices we compared were delivered free. Free-delivery thresholds vary far more than fees. Douglas Spain starts free delivery at €24 and Sephora Spain at €30. Douglas Germany (€34.95), Flaconi (€34.90), Sephora Italy (€39) and Notino Germany (€39) sit close together. At the top, Nocibé and Sephora in France ask for €60, Notino Italy for €59 and Marionnaud for €89. Every bottle in this set cleared its shop's threshold wherever one exists, so the fee only shows up where there is no threshold.

Notino is the exception. Its France, Spain and Netherlands pages name no order-value threshold, so we added the fee to every bottle there: €4.99 in France, €3.95 in Spain and €4.25 in the Netherlands. Where a retailer states delivery days, we list them: 1–3 days at Douglas Germany and Flaconi, 2–3 at Douglas Spain, Sephora Spain and Marionnaud, 2–4 at Nocibé, 3–5 at Sephora France and 2 at Sephora Italy. Notino's pages state none.
