Who we are

parfum1 is an online perfume shop. For anything about your data, write to contact@parfum1.com.

What we collect

An order gives us your name, your delivery and billing address, your e-mail address, your phone number and the items you bought. Our payment provider processes the payment, so your full card number never reaches us or sits in our records.

Signing up with an e-mail gives us that address plus a password, which we keep only in hashed form. Choosing Google or Facebook instead gives us the name and address that service passes on. Your Google and Facebook passwords never reach us.

When you join our scent letter: your e-mail address and the scent family you picked.

When you browse: technical data such as your device, browser and the pages you visit, used to keep the shop working and to improve it.

Why we use it

To take, pack, send and support your orders; to run your account; to send the scent letter you asked for; to prevent fraud; and to meet our legal duties, such as keeping invoices.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the businesses that keep the shop running. These are the payment provider, the carriers delivering your parcel, the fulfilment team, and the providers behind our analytics, e-mail and hosting. Each may use the data solely to deliver its own service. Selling your data is something we never do.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data for as long as the law requires; account data until you delete your account; scent-letter data until you leave the letter.

Your rights and deleting your data

You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it.

To delete your account and the data linked to it, including data received when you signed in with Google or Facebook, e-mail contact@parfum1.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm within 30 days. Data we must keep by law, such as invoices, is kept only for that purpose.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
