Returns
If a perfume is not for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery. That includes decants you have opened and worn: trying a fragrance on your own skin is the point of a decant.
How to return a perfume
Write to support@parfum1.com within 30 days of delivery. Give your order number and the perfumes you want to return.
Nothing needs to go back to us unless we request it. When we do, the address comes from us and we pay the postage.
How the refund is paid
We refund what you paid for those perfumes, and the delivery charge too when the whole order comes back.
Your payment returns to the same card or wallet you used. An e-mail from us tells you when it has been sent, and your bank can need a few extra days before it appears.
Once per perfume
This promise lets you test a fragrance without risk. It covers each perfume once per customer.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
Perfume that arrives broken, leaking or different from what you chose gets fixed. Send a photo and your order number to support@parfum1.com, and we make it right. The 30-day promise is a separate matter and does not apply here.
