Orders leave us on the next working day, delivery is free from €75, and you have 30 days to return a perfume. Everything else is below, or one message away at support@parfum1.com.

• DeliveryDispatch happens the following weekday, Monday through Friday, and delivery takes 2–3 working days after that. Standard shipping is free once your order reaches €75. Express can be chosen at checkout. Parcels go to 25 EU countries.
• ReturnsYou have 30 days from delivery to tell us a perfume is not for you, including decants you have opened and worn. Write to support@parfum1.com with your order number; the refund goes back to the way you paid.
• Payment methodsEvery order at parfum1 can be paid with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Orders at regular prices also open up PayPal, Klarna and Revolut Pay. All prices are in euros, VAT included.
• Questions and answersAnswers about parfum1: original perfumes decanted from the original bottle into 3, 10 and 30 ml, dispatch on the next working day, free delivery from €75, 30 days to return opened decants, and parfum1 One prices.
