The first spray surprised me: a dry, unusual tea note that I did not expect from a floral. About ten minutes in, the jasmine comes forward and everything turns softer and powdery. After an hour or so it settles into a creamy vanilla that sits close to the skin. It never fills a room, which suits office days perfectly. I bought the 10 ml decant to test it and I am glad I did, as it works well in spring and early autumn.

Het eerste wat ik ruik is de lapsang souchong-thee: droog en wat ongewoon voor een bloemige geur. Daarna komt de jasmijn naar voren, zacht en niet overdreven zoet. Aan het einde blijft vooral de vanille over, poederachtig en rustig. Het blijft dicht bij de huid, dus ik draag het graag overdag en op kantoor. Ik zou het aanraden voor de lente en herfst. Geen geur die opvalt door kracht, maar wel door karakter.
