Miss Dior versions compared
Miss Dior Eau de Parfum, Parfum, Essence and Blooming Bouquet differ in concentration and notes; Rose N'Roses adds a second Eau de toilette to the comparison. The table sets all five side by side on concentration, key notes, perfumer, launch year and price per 100 ml. The current Eau de Parfum is Francis Kurkdjian's August 2026 version, followed here by the Parfum of 2024, Essence of 2025 and the two Eau de toilette fragrances.

Miss Dior Eau de Parfum, rewritten in 2026
August 2026 brought a new Eau de Parfum: Francis Kurkdjian's composition replaced the 2021 version by François Demachy, and it is the version on Dior's French store now. The house describes a sensual vanilla chypre and tags it floral, vanilla and sensual. Centifolia rose absolute sits at the heart with honeyed and subtly peppery accents, wrapped in creamy vanilla, an almond-toned tonka bean absolute and a milky sandalwood accord. Patchouli and rosewood are named among the accords beside them.
The previous Eau de Parfum came out in 2021. Its key notes were lily-of-the-valley, a peony accord, Centifolia rose, musk, vanilla, benzoin, tonka bean and sandalwood, and press coverage describes that interpretation as honeyed, fruity and powdery. The 2021 Eau de Parfum in our own listings is that Demachy composition, which Dior no longer sells as such.
The new bottle's poignard bow is embroidered with the Gris Dior houndstooth, and Dior's site offers to personalise it. Sizes are 30, 50, 100 and 150 ml, with the 100 ml bottle at €172.

Miss Dior Parfum, a jasmine reading from 2024
Miss Dior Parfum arrived in 2024, again by Kurkdjian, and Dior labels it Parfum with intense floral, fruity and woody notes. Three accords carry it: sparkling mandarin; star jasmine, infused with crisp wild strawberries; and ambery woods, anchored by a full patchouli and a dense Alaskan cedar over a mossy base Dior likens to a forest floor. The result is called a juicy, voluptuous chypre, and the jasmine is framed as an homage to the flower of the 1947 original.
On the concentration ladder this sits above the Eau de Parfum. Pink glass, houndstooth and a poignard bow woven from Lurex threads make the bottle; Dior offers 35, 50, 80 and 125 ml, and the 80 ml costs €172.

Mandarin at the top, star jasmine with wild strawberries in the middle, patchouli and Alaskan cedar underneath: fruit and flower carry this concentration. Dior's own summary is a juicy, voluptuous chypre, written as an homage to the jasmine of its 1947 debut.

Miss Dior Essence, the jammy one from 2025
Essence joined the line in August 2025, also by Kurkdjian, sold as Essence de Parfum with jammy, floral and woody notes. A blackberry and elderflower accord lifts a jasmine bouquet, grounded in dense, enveloping oak accords. Dior calls the scent a playful chypre and emphasises its high concentration.
The bottle revisits the heritage shape Christian Dior designed in 1948, with a frosted houndstooth motif and a black grosgrain poignard bow. It comes in 35, 50 and 80 ml, and the 80 ml costs €206.

Blackberry jam meets elderflower, then a jasmine heart and oak underneath. The frosted houndstooth glass and black grosgrain bow revisit the bottle designed in 1948.
Blooming Bouquet, the Eau de toilette
Blooming Bouquet has carried its present name since 2014, and the current formula was relaunched at the start of 2023. Its label, Eau de toilette, is the lightest in the collection and one it shares with Rose N'Roses. The notes run from sweet pea and bergamot through a Damascus rose and peony duet to soft white musks. The French page calls it a tender, fresh chypre; the English one puts it as a fresh and tender blend of peony, Damascus rose and white musk.
Before 2014 the fragrance was sold as Miss Dior Chérie Blooming Bouquet, and the 2014 relaunch shortened the name. François Demachy is credited on that 2014 version. Dior lists 30, 50, 100 and 150 ml, with the 100 ml bottle at €148.

Absolutely Blooming is an Eau de parfum with tangy red berries, a peony accord, Grasse and Damascus roses and white musk. Dior no longer lists it on its French and German stores, checked 2 November 2026.
Rose N'Roses, the second Eau de toilette
Rose N'Roses is the line's other Eau de toilette. Dior describes a profusion of Grasse roses freshened by a zest of bergamot and accented by white musk and patchouli, with geranium essence adding lemony facets; the French page describes its notes as floral, sparkling and hesperidic. Launch year and perfumer are not stated on Dior's page for it. It comes in 30, 50, 100 and 150 ml, the 100 ml bottle at €148.

Grasse roses dominate, with bergamot zest and geranium essence alongside white musk and patchouli. It shares the Eau de toilette label and the €148 price per 100 ml with Blooming Bouquet; Dior describes this version as floral and sparkling.
Miss Dior Original, the 1947 fragrance
Miss Dior Original is Christian Dior's first perfume, born in 1947. It is a green chypre, still sold as Extrait de Parfum Original, Eau de Toilette Originale and Esprit de Parfum Original. Galbanum, jasmine and patchouli appear in Dior's descriptions of the three; the Extrait also names Grasse rose absolute.
The name has travelled. Miss Dior Chérie, launched in 2005 with Christine Nagel as perfumer, was reformulated by François Demachy and renamed Miss Dior in 2011-2012, while the 1947 scent took the name Miss Dior Original. Blooming Bouquet shares that descent, having begun as Miss Dior Chérie Blooming Bouquet before its 2014 rename.
Which Miss Dior to choose
Dior's labels start with Eau de toilette for Blooming Bouquet and Rose N'Roses, then Eau de parfum for the current Eau de Parfum and Absolutely Blooming, with Parfum above it for Miss Dior Parfum. Essence de Parfum is harder to place: Dior's FAQ puts it between an Eau de parfum and a Parfum, while the same page calls Essence the most intense expression in the Miss Dior collection. Beyond strength, the notes separate rose and vanilla, jasmine and fruit, blackberry, and the two fresh floral Eau de toilette compositions.
- The lightest label: Blooming Bouquet, an Eau de toilette on sweet pea, bergamot, Damascus rose, peony and white musks.
- Rose with vanilla: the 2026 Eau de Parfum, Centifolia rose absolute, creamy vanilla, tonka bean absolute and sandalwood.
- Fruit and jasmine: the Parfum, with mandarin, star jasmine and wild strawberries over patchouli and Alaskan cedar.
- Jammy blackberry: Essence, whose blackberry and elderflower accord runs over jasmine and dense oak.
- A citrus edge on flowers: Rose N'Roses, built on Grasse roses with bergamot zest and geranium essence.
- A green chypre: Miss Dior Original, galbanum, jasmine, Grasse rose absolute and patchouli essence.
What the prices mean per 100 ml
For each of the five versions in the table, the larger of the two priced bottles costs less per 100 ml. The 2026 Eau de Parfum is €172 per 100 ml from the 100 ml bottle and €283.33 from the 30 ml at €85. Miss Dior Parfum works out at €215 from 80 ml and €262.86 from 35 ml at €92. Essence has the highest rate of these five versions at both recorded sizes: €257.50 from 80 ml and €314.29 from 35 ml at €110.
The two Eau de toilette sit level at €148 per 100 ml in the 100 ml bottle, and €256.67 in the 30 ml at €77. Dior's French store also lists limited editions of the Eau de Parfum, Parfum, Essence and Blooming Bouquet at the same prices as the regular bottles. The Extrait de Parfum Original is the outlier on cost, €260 for 15 ml, which is €1,733.33 per 100 ml.
