Freesia

2

Freesia is a small, scented garden flower, and its fragrance is fresh, light and slightly peppery, with a citrus lift and a clean, green edge. The flower yields very little natural oil, so perfumers recreate the scent from aroma molecules. The result is airy and bright, softer than rose and less heavy than jasmine. Freesia brings transparency to floral compositions and pairs easily with pear, citrus, musk and lily of the valley. It is a gentle note that adds brightness without harshness, and it often appears in light, clean florals.

In this range it mostly sits in the heart, with a smaller share in the top, adding a light, airy floral brightness.
