Coriander 53 Coriander in perfume comes from the seeds of the plant, not the leaves. Distilled, they give a fresh, spicy oil. The scent is bright and citrusy, a little woody and sweet, with a clean, slightly peppery freshness. It is cooler than cinnamon and lighter than nutmeg.
